Clinical cases of distant metastasis basal cell skin cancer are extremely rarely described in the international publications. This is probably due to specific locally advanced growth this histological type tumor, as well improvement radical treatment methods for group patients. However, despite development both diagnostic research and tactics, a large number patients, especially when primary tumor located on face neck region, choose less effective not always treatment. In turn, non-radical removal leads only difficulties local control disease, but also lymphogenous, hematogenous spread cells manifestation systemic metastasis. article, we present clinical case metastatic carcinoma periorbital region with lesions bones skeleton, namely thoracic vertebrae manifested 11 years after detection tumor.
